2024 Forms Annual Update & TRESA Part 2

As of December 1st, 2023, TRREB has incorporated new OREA Standard Forms and Clauses to ensure greater functionality for REALTORS® while maintaining regulatory compliance.

New changes include:
  1. Elimination of “Limited Services Agreements”;
  2. Creation of Listing Agreements for both Brokerage Representation and Designated Representation;
  3. Elimination of Working with a REALTOR®;
  4. A new, user-friendly “Confirmation of Cooperation and Representation” – buyer/seller and landlord/tenant (the updated version is now live on the website);
  5. Creation of Termination Clauses for Multiple Representation and changing Designated Representative;
  6. Creation of a Disclosure Form; and
  7. Creation of Multiple Representation Disclosure and Consent Forms for Leasing and Commercial Transactions.
